Beware: Self-Cloning
Organoid Artificial
Intelligence Squared.
Beware, say I, the fair haired
harbinger of glad tidings
of erred-free genius
as the impetus for the
advancement of life
with engineered improvement
of human technology
before more improved
sociology can show
that humans now know
that cooperation must
override competition
as the very first
principle for governance.
The permanence of
humanity will not be
technology’s advancement
but society’s
evolution to the next
level of living
without murdering-war’s plague
with vague self-defense reasons.
Good fire fighting
requires sound grounding in
a principle rule
to remove fuels that feed
the flame without blame until
the fire marshals
obtain the facts that explain
the destruction’s cause.
For me, this is a global
law to neutralize the cause
that gnaws at healthy
homeostasis of the
body and spirit
of Earthlings generating
applause for sustainable
cooperation
within the human body
and society
when fires and fevers burst
forth in oxidation’s craze.
It’s amazing how
diagnosing illness and
dousing fires use
the same vital principle.
Your electrician father,
whose trouble shooting
of downed manufacturing
machines, gleaned likewise.
So, how should we trouble shoot
the root cause of war as a
malignant sore in
need of a cure for the sick
body public of
all diverse Earthlings worldwide?
Should we inductively seek
to explain the curse
dispersed through the cause-effect
chain that drains away
peaceful harmony, or should
we deductively reverse-
engineer the cause-
effect chain to gain sight of
what fuels war’s toll?
Either way, the goal is stuck
in the economic muck
you found to besmirch
rationales voiced for peaceful
conflict solutions
that eval wars as evils
required by learned minds
who are not inclined
to find the harmony for
win-win conclusions
but will defend very well
the need to swell the defense
spending, enhancing
arms manufacturing to
the levels that you
discovered and uncovered
in twenty-eighteen that seemed
to offer this quip:
“War is for money, you twit !”
to alter dead heads.
War-profiteering ain’t new.
From a historical view
the first war pursued
was predator-prey displays
to defray hunger
pangs that salivate sharp fangs.
Acquisition of something
to eat and a place
to sleep was replete with fierce
competition from
forced confrontation resolved
from rough physical prowess
with merciless tests
of superiority.
We, evolved homo
sapiens, emerged from the
jungle fray as thinkers and
tool makers that would
censor massive, ferocious
beasts with inventions
from creative reflections
musing upon habitat
manipulations
diverging from normal acts
to attack what they
lacked physically to leap
frog forward and upward to
dominate the fate
of Earth with spears, arrows and
bows that would bring woe
to those who chose to harm the
frail bodies of weak humans
wanting to prevail
in a contest for prey to
best the more forceful.
Projectiles became enhanced
when creative acts advanced
human muscular
force as the source of power
with gunpowder’s thrust
to readjust the pecking
order in Earth’s culture of
the survival of
the fittest to be altered
by the opposing
thumb of thinking and speaking
frail animals over dumb
agile, massive brutes;
and none can now refute that
we now rule the roost.
We can now introduce bright
nuclear Armageddon
to enlighten Earth
to our self-destruction.
With introspection,
Tina’s dilemma and yours
have the same contours that hound
the boundary of
society’s failed attempts
to collectively
choose a sustainable path
that graphs lasting solutions
to narrow minded,
short sighted, incorrect goals
that will certainly
erode society’s hold
on our future, earthly
security that
assures our habitat
remains well intact.
Climate change under the reign
of humankind is being
rearranged with strange
extremes of heat and cold with
bomb cyclones that roam
in odd weather zones while
melting the polar ice caps
that sap resources
for polar bear habitats.
Your brother died but
you’ve thrived in spite of having
arrived at a young fifteen
to decide not to
end your own life rife with tough
decisions and rough
consequences. And, now, like
Tina, society must
agree to see old
wisdom to fathom visions
of new inclusions
alien to current aims
with insane errors from which
we just might never
recover. Please, revisit
the ancient, wise tale
of Beowulf with
Ring-givers and Ring-horders
as wise, competent
rulers or as poor, would be
rulers to depose.
To superimpose this tale
of the power to govern,
with present day aims
to control and own the say
about how we play
the strategy to conceive
and achieve viable and
sustainable moves
to improve our social
harmony and peace
without creating monstrous
enemies, decrees that we,
each of us, and we,
collectively, breed our
own calamities
by acts we choose, to improve,
or acts we choose, to abuse.
To merge organic
brain cells with computer chips
unbinds mankind’s mind
to view microfluidic
technology’s new treasures
and anchors the will
to fulfill its quest never
to rest until it
tests the full potential of
this new application to
assemble a full
understanding of the force
commanding this new
acquisition, however,
this decision to explore
the contour of this
new technology may be
premature to step
through this door before mankind
can find the time to research
the full negative
effects upon a culture
so aggressive in
permeating vigorous
competition throughout its
population from
kids little league baseball to
all economic
wherewithal and all other
human endeavors like the
judicial system
that favors competing teams
under the gaze of
black robed officials with brown,
hardwood, power gavels of
authority’s say
over how the teams display
their verbal finesse
to express the presence or
absence of the accused’s guilt.
To this culture with
profuse competition that
avoids any truce
until one wins over the
other, ponder the fact that
robust physical
confrontation is supreme
manifestation
of conflict resolution
evident in Russia’s war
to annihilate
Ukraine if stealing its land
is not remanded
by Ukrainian courage
to resist barbarian
usurpation of
a free people and their land.
Understand that this
uncivilized fray is fixed
tightly to predator-prey
persuasion deep in
the soul of humankind’s brute
soul’s core contagion.
This is the current state of
our evolution toward
a less frantic and
barbaric tendency to
animalistic
problem solving solutions.
Order of Operations
in mathematics
of compound-complex, lengthy
equations demands
minds to understand that there’s
procedural steps to take
for the sake of one’s
ability to forsake
grievous error that
will alter essentially
the correct resolution.
Worse is the bad curse
that the erred resolution
is dispersed as the
best of our solutions.
The sequence of the Order
of Operations
cannot be dispensed with the
careless attitude
of speedy impatience and
intolerance to details.
We split the atom
before we fathomed
the vast magnitude
of the yin-yang force that’s the
source and prelude to life’s few
elements fused in
organic molecules that
rule the ascent to
intelligent consciousness
that built bombs without any
qualms to instantly
decimate Hiroshima
and Nagasaki.
Again, the same dilemma
is to be seen before us,
collectively and
individually to
see if we have learned.
We must choose again which path
to embrace and which to spurn.
